We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to join Workday's Product & Technology (P&T) Portfolio Management Organization to lead Cyber Security related programs across Workday. The application deadline for this role is the same as the posting end date stated as below:

What you'll bring

• 8+ years experience in project or program management within a product development environment, defining, launching, and iterating on product development projects or programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep understanding of Agile Project Management principles and methodologies such as [insert specific methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe] and proven ability to lead agile transformations and drive efficient product development.
• Strong ability to gather and interpret Business Insights related to product performance, market trends, and competitive analysis using [insert specific tools or techniques] to inform strategic product decisions.
