JCCS is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Director of Client Advisory Services (CAS) to lead and expand our advisory practice. This role is responsible for driving the vision, growth, and operational excellence of the CAS service line while delivering high-impact financial insights to our clients. As a key member of the firm’s leadership team, you will shape the future of CAS at JCCS, leading a talented team, strengthening client relationships, and building scalable, high-value advisory services.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university
• Active CPA or CMA license
• 10+ years of experience in public accounting, advisory, or CAS services
• Proven experience leading teams, departments, or service lines
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and advisory services
