About the role

We’re looking for a Canvass Supervisor who can lead from the front, support a growing team, and help drive the success of our field marketing efforts. As a Canvass Supervisor, you’ll knock on doors alongside your team, schedule free inspections and estimates for the sales team (no closing required).

What you'll bring

• *MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD FOR THIS ROLE***
• A valid driver’s license and
• Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Available Monday – Saturdays
• A good driving record is essential for this role.
