What you'll bring

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Currently licensed to practice in State of MN.
• New graduates and temporary license holders are encouraged to apply
• Able to use theoretical knowledge in the rehabilitation of residents through therapeutic sessions.
• Ongoing attendance of educational seminars to maintain license(s) as required.
• Must be patient and appreciative of realistic needs and goals of all clients.
• Genuine interest in persons with physical and psychological disabilities.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with members of the health care team, clients, residents, families, visitors, vendors and all others that SLP would have interactions with.
• Must be able to follow policies and procedures as instructed and applicable to job responsibilities
• Must maintain work and client/resident confidentiality.
