As a Lead Electrical Engineer – Power Systems Modelling for our Resources division based in Brisbane, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-impact projects across a major oil and gas portfolio , while mentoring talented engineers and building trusted client relationships. What you'll bring

• Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, supported by RPEQ, CPEng or RPEng accreditation.
• Proven experience in HV and LV power systems
• within mining and resources or heavy industry environments.
• Extensive experience in power systems modelling, analysis and electrical design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and guide multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building trusted relationships with clients and project teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, practical and commercially focused recommendations.
• Excellent communication, technical reporting and client-facing skills.
• A collaborative approach and passion for supporting the growth and success of others.
