About the role
This role will work closely with clients from QLD's most prestigious venues, ticketing world-class entertainment events. As a Client Services Manager, you will be the driving force ensuring each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts. You will liaise directly with our clients as well as various internal departments, including marketing, web, technology, and finance, to ensure our clients maintain a high level of service delivery.
What you'll bring
- Relationship Mastery: You have the ability to develop new and existing relationships, resolving client problems in a helpful, efficient manner.
- Experience working in events or ticketing systems is desirable.
