About the role

We are looking for professional and student-focused Academic Success Coordinators who are qualified VET Trainers and Assessors to support our students and academic teams across our five campuses. During course terms, this position requires 4 days on campus, with hours aligned to scheduled sessions, and 1 day working from home.

What you'll bring

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or equivalent
• Relevant vocational qualifications
• Experience in training, assessment and student support in a VET setting
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in education and training
• Passion for Vocational Education and Training and the international education sector
• Student-centred approach to teaching and support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Collaborative and adaptable team player
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
• A sensitivity to cultural and language issues facing overseas students will be highly regarded
