About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong Rust / Java programming knowledge to join our Futures team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and operations teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle, contributing to test strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our processes. Proficiency in Rust / Java is essential , as you will leverage it to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools that ensure our systems meet the highest standards of performance and stability. What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of professional experience in QA Testing (Automation)
- Strong programming skills in Rust/Java are required, with a solid understanding of the language’s ecosystem and experience using Rust/Java-based automation frameworks and testing libraries.
- Exposure to iOS/Android development is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with mobile-specific testing techniques such as performance testing, Monkey stress testing, startup time measurement, frame rendering analysis, and network condition testing.
- Adept at designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test plans for complex systems and distributed architectures.
- Proficient in root cause analysis to diagnose, debug, and resolve issues affecting software performance and quality.
- Knowledgeable about mainstream AI models with hands-on experience applying them in real-world projects.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with secondary development tools or cross-platform frameworks will be considered a plus.
