About the role
As Creative Director at HUSH, you will build and lead design teams (staff and freelance). You’ll help them achieve the highest level of creativity across design, content and digital initiatives and collaborate with other departments to bring complex ideas to fruition. You’ll be part of our leadership team, reporting directly to the owners of the company and collaborating with your leadership peers. You’ll have goals-driven metrics for personal and company success. You’ll articulate a vision and value by presenting both upstream (client) and downstream (team) and practice leadership and management skills that have been refined and proven over time.

- You have a demonstrated history of A+ creative work as it intersects with brand, design, technology, and space.
- 10+ years design experience in high-paced design agency or corporation
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in design or related studies
- Demonstrated portfolio of design, digital, UX, storytelling and 3d work
- Experience designing “real-world” spaces and places and the processes therein
- Proven leadership and management skills
