About the role

The Service Technician is responsible for the service and repairing all construction and rental equipment, troubleshooting, analysis of failures, and keeping equipment in a high level of service and safety.

What you'll bring

• The Service Technician must be able to clearly demonstrate their ability to set and reach performance goals set forth by the owner/operator.
• Must be willing to travel to other site locations and stations as needed.
• Experience within construction and rental related industry
• Must work towards obtaining Kohler certification and others as assigned
• Proven track record of success
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Possess exceptional leadership and motivational skills
• Dedication to customer service and business success
• Ability to engage in and maintain positive relationships with employees and customers
• Computer skills: Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook Email, Microsoft Word & Excel programs as well with any company provided software
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 Plus years experience in a service and repair related industry and/or technical school certificate.
