As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting with all store operations during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition, you’ll be responsible for assisting the General Manager with all store operations, including but not limited to: staffing and scheduling, general administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting, and any other tasks that are needed to ensure successful day to day operation of the store. Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching and bending peformed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.

• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products if necessary.
• Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, including: the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, the ability to communicate verbally with customers to process orders both over the phone and in person, and the ability to successfully communicate with Co-workers in a manner that is professional and respectful at all times.
