About the role

We're looking for a   Senior Tax Associate to join our growing accounting firm. As a Senior Tax Associate, you'll play an important role in tax preparation, review, planning, and consulting for a diverse client base across multiple industries. You'll work closely with clients and colleagues, providing insight, guidance, and exceptional service while continuing to develop your technical expertise, mentor junior team members, and prepare for future leadership opportunities. As a   Senior Tax Associate , you’ll take ownership of your work and contribute directly to the success of our clients and our team.

What you'll bring

• We’re seeking candidates who bring both skill and heart to their work.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of public accounting tax experience with increasing complexity of returns.
• Strong knowledge of individual and entity taxation.
• Proficiency with tax preparation software, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-powered tools.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CPA license or CPA exam eligible.
• Master’s degree in accounting or taxation.
• Experience with entity-level tax planning and advisory conversations.
