What you'll bring
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- alternatively, equivalent professional certifications (including Red Hat OpenShift training) combined with at least 5 years of experience.
- Proven hands-on experience deploying, operating, and maintaining OpenShift and GitLab CI platforms.
- Strong experience with infrastructure automation practices, particularly using Ansible.
- Solid background in Linux system administration within enterprise or datacenter environments.
- Ability to document architectures, configurations, and standards, and to develop and maintain SOPs and training materials.
- Upper-intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Operations principles.
- Experience with ArgoCD, monitoring and observability platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), or disaster recovery tooling.
