About the role
The Clinical Resource RN is an experienced registered nurse who uses the nursing process (assesses, plans, implements, evaluates) to provide clinical staffing support across high need Well Care Home Health regions. This role provides direct nursing services, case management support, and care coordination during vacancies, census fluctuations, and other organizational staffing needs. The Clinical Resource RN is deployment ready, and flexible to travel across assigned locations for assignments, while maintaining continuity of care, high-quality patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and adherence to agency standards. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
What you'll bring
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum of two years RN experience required.
- Home Health experience required.
- Must be able to communicate and be literate in the English language.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, an operational vehicle, ability to travel across assigned Home Health locations, and meet agency requirements for mileage, travel, and lodging arrangements as applicable.
