About the role
We’re a collaborative team that takes pride in candidate experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for applicants located in the eastern time zone to align with our team's working hours. This role is dedicated exclusively to supporting US-based hiring activity and operates fully within US business hours (Eastern through Pacific time zones). The role requires real-time coordination with US candidates, hiring managers and interview panels throughout the US working day. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our hiring process. The ideal candidate will manage end to end interview scheduling and our new hire onboarding process, as well as source prospective candidates to support Recruiters in building robust pipelines across searches, all while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role interacts with all levels of the company to successfully execute the recruitment process as well as special projects.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, ClaudeCowork, or similar) in a professional context is a plus.
