About the role

Hexcel is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for our Burlington, WA location. The Continuous Improvement Leader will be responsible for leading and driving process optimization initiatives, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field with a Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or other related software).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead teams through change.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
• Ability to drive results and create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
