About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who embodies both a passion for dance culture and a love of the public relations space.

What you'll bring

• Must be 18 years of age and currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school
• Preferred candidates will be studying Public Relations/Communications, English, and/or entertainment-industry majors
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Google Drive is highly valued
• Must be able to work out of Calabasas, CA office at least 2-3 days a week for 6+ hours per day
• Typical commitment is 16-29 hours per week
• Must have deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)
• Must be motivated with an “Everything is possible” attitude
• Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
• Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac’s brands
• Insomniac takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
• Previous internship or work experience in public relations and communications is a plus
