About the role
We are seeking an experienced EO/IR Camera Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to lead development of advanced infrared and visible imaging products.
What you'll bring
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Optical Engineering, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience developing infrared, visible, or multispectral imaging products.
- Hands-on experience testing and characterizing advanced infrared and visible FPAs.
- Experience developing infrared and/or visible camera systems.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of ROIC and FPA architectures.
- Knowledge of detector technologies such as CMOS, CCD, InGaAs, HgCdTe (MCT), InSb, SLS, or similar sensors.
- Understanding of imaging performance metrics including noise, dynamic range, sensitivity, quantum efficiency, frame rate, signal-to-noise ratio, fixed-pattern noise, and non-uniformity correction (NUC).
- Experience with laboratory testing, calibration, and imaging-system validation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technical leadership skills.
