About the role

This position is expected to “roll up sleeves” and directly fix any issues in the med room.

What you'll bring

• experience providing residential care to the elderly or similar experience with specialized dementia care programs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications as required by the state.
• Ability to perform calculations in support of personnel actions, budget, and other financial responsibilities.
• Understand and conceptualize concepts as well as demonstrate ability to make decisions in stressful situations.
• Be able to explain ideas and to communicate complex ideas to a wide audience (employees, residents, family members, governmental agencies, public, etc.), both in writing and verbally.
• Prefer one year supervisory experience in a health related field.
