About the role

Our Wireless Sales Specialists earn an average of $18 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. Our Wireless Sales Specialists are guaranteed full time at a minimum of 35 hours per week. The pay for this position will include a base rate of $13.00 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commissions.

• All new hires will attend webinars with team members from Russell Cellular’s dedicated training department.
• For the first week of training, you will need to be in store for the opening shift, which starts at 8:30am.
• You will have a set schedule by the second and third week, with training starting no later than 11:00am.
