Position Overview • Location: Canon City, CO • Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time • Schedule: • Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends!) • Part-Time: Flexible scheduling, including weekends if desired • Pay: $42 – $45 per hour (based on experience) Core Responsibilities • Perform evaluations and create personalized care plans • Deliver therapy to address speech, swallowing, and cognitive disorders • Work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care • Supervise CFYs and support personnel per regulations • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Medicare/HIPAA standards • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety Ready to make a difference in a high-impact clinical environment?
