The base cash compensation for this California-based role is below. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for bonus, equity, and a generous benefits package. What you'll bring

• Track record of success defining and launching products and services in the protein/antibody production and characterization marketplace marketplace with a deep knowledge of protein production and purification platforms as well as various
• analytical methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, and to work effectively with customers, development, and sales teams in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated track record of managing multiple high-profile collaborations that deliver successful products
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience in the life sciences or related field, with >5 years in product management/marketing positions
• Degree in molecular biology, protein science or associated scientific field.
• Outstanding leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Hands on, high energy, positive attitude with a can-do attitude that gets it done
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-team capacity balancing many high priority projects.
• Ability to travel up to 30%
