About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Facility & Logistics Coordinator to join our Carson team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced operational environment, likes keeping things organized, and wants to build experience across logistics, facility coordination, shipment support, reporting and day-to-day site operations. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level coordinator who is hands-on, detail-oriented and eager to learn. You will help coordinate transportation schedules, support facility needs, maintain operational records, prepare reports and work closely with internal teams, suppliers, carriers and service providers to keep our Carson operation running smoothly.

What you'll bring

• 1-3+ years of experience in logistics, operations coordination, facility coordination, warehouse support, customer service or a similar administrative coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with schedules, trackers, documents and follow-up actions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams, customers, vendors, carriers and service providers.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• A proactive, positive and organized working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Interest in sustainability, circular economy or reuse solutions is a plus.
