About the role
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading the company’s Quality Management System and ensuring products and processes meet AS9100, customer, regulatory, and government contract requirements. This role oversees quality assurance, audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, inspection, and continuous improvement. Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, customer requirements, FAR/DFARS, and applicable government contract requirements. Lead internal, customer, registrar, and government audits. Manage nonconformances, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and quality escapes.
