The Benefits Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for the day-to-day administration, execution, compliance, and continuous improvement of See's employee benefits programs. This role serves as the primary point of contact for benefit operations, employee support, vendor administration, and HRIS-related benefits processes. In addition to benefits administration, this position supports compensation initiatives including market pricing, salary structure administration, pay benchmarking, and compensation analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong operational expertise with analytical capabilities and a passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Working knowledge of federal and California benefits regulations.
- Experience administering HRIS and benefits systems.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities.
- Compensation analysis
- CEBS, CBP, CCP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Retail, manufacturing, distribution, or multi-location workforce experience.
- Experience with compensation surveys and job architecture frameworks.
- Customer-focused service orientation
