About the role

As a Retail Associate, your main responsibility will be to assist in the day-to-day operations of our retail store, which sells donated goods to support our organization's mission. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers and in maximizing the revenue generated from the sale of donated items. Your end goal is to contribute to the success of our organization by efficiently managing the flow of donated goods, maintaining a clean and organized store, and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right items. Attention to detail and organization skills are essential for receiving, sorting, and pricing donated goods. Basic math skills will be used for cash handling and pricing items accurately. Additionally, your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks will be crucial in maintaining a clean and organized store.
