Maintain & troubleshoot the DAC Aloha network, DNCS, and Guide platforms . · Support all applicable Engineering Projects and training sessions for junior technicians. · Organizes and performs all scheduled maintenance activitie s. · Performs a variety of highly complex analytical duties of Comcast’s network including the IP Platform and Video platform. · Reads and analyzes technical references to obtain knowledge of assigned Engineering Operations topics.
