About the role

In this role, you will support sourcing and contracting activities that help reduce spend, improve operational efficiency, and deliver value for clients. You will assist with contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation preparation while learning sourcing fundamentals under the guidance of senior team members and Legal. You will contribute to various stages of the sourcing lifecycle—including data collection, RFP support, supplier coordination, and contract documentation—while developing essential skills in analysis, communication, and stakeholder collaboration. This position is also incentive eligible.
