About the role
This role will implement and optimize SI&OP processes across demand forecasting, inventory management, workforce planning, and supply planning to support efficient, scalable operations. This role coordinates cross-functional activities to align sales forecasts with production capabilities and inventory strategies, ensuring on-time delivery of spacecraft and subsystems products while optimizing cost, capacity, and working capital. The Senior Manager will facilitate collaboration across Business Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management to enable predictable execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, program planning, supply chain, or related fields, with at least 5+ years in roles with cross-functional coordination or team leadership responsibilities
- Experience with SI&OP or integrated planning processes
- 3-5 years of experience with SI&OP
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following: financial planning & analysis, program/operations planning, supply chain management, or business analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, build relationships, and drive cross-functional alignment
- Experience with change management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven skills in communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and time management
- Working knowledge of budget preparation, cost control, and resource planning
