We’re seeking a proactive, relationship‑driven University Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Talent AcquIsition Staff II/III) who is passionate about engaging early‑career talent and building high‑impact hiring pipelines. In this role, you’ll represent The Aerospace Corporation on campus and at nationwide recruiting events, helping inspire the next generation of engineers, scientists, and business professionals.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- At least 2 years of corporate college recruiting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong skills using applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, lead small groups, and deliver compelling presentations
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% and work extended hours during peak seasons
- 6 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- At least 3 years of corporate college recruiting experience
- Experience building university partnerships
