About the role

We are seeking talented Design Center Consultants to join our team and provide outstanding guidance and support to our clients as they navigate their projects. This is a full-time position that requires overtime as business needs dictate.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a customer-facing role
• Extensive product knowledge in building materials and home products, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new product lines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to understand and articulate design concepts and product features to clients effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
• ideally in retail, interior design, or a related industry.
• experience with showroom management software is a plus.
