About the role

The Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted HR partner for the Pulsafeeder business, providing comprehensive support across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, leave management, and HR operations. This role partners closely with leaders and employees to foster a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience required
• 2 years’ minimum experience with recruiting exempt and non-exempt roles required
• Experience with processing employee leave of absences required
• Ability to effectively communicate, deliver on promises, and drive collaboration with employees at all levels of the organization
• Builds trust and credibility with employees and leaders through professionalism, responsiveness, and sound judgment
• Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and exercises sound judgment.
• Organized, detailed, and excellent at managing resources, data, and time
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions while appropriately escalating issues
• Proficient with Workday or similar HRIS system
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• PHR/SHRM-CP Certification preferred
