About the role

Management Services Corporation , one of The Caton Companies, is seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing & Leasing Director to lead our leasing team and drive property occupancy through exceptional customer service and strategic sales initiatives. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic marketing plans for our multi-site professional and student housing communities, stay abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization, and adjust plans accordingly. They perform a variety of tasks, including leading and directing the work of others.

What you'll bring

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of apartment property marketing management normally acquired by four years of college or comparable work experience
