The Project Estimator will calculate costs of projects based on blueprints and/or specifications for our Interiors Group. Responsibilities Include: • Accurately estimate cost of projects using Excel, Bluebeam Revu, Procore or other provided forms for internal and external customers on a timely basis • Prepare takeoffs from blueprints or specifications to determine quantities and treatments required for projects • Obtain vendor quotes and material costs from internal or external suppliers • Prepare project files and serve as a resource to internal and/or external customers Qualifications Include: • Associates degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred • 1-3 years estimating experience • Intermediate MS Excel knowledge • The hybrid schedule for this role includes in-office work on Tuesdays - Thursdays, and additional onsite days may be required during the training period. Associates are expected to be in the office during this time.
