About the role

The Regional Warehouse Maintenance Electrician role provides multi-craft maintenance support across multiple regional warehouse facilities, serving as the regional electrical specialist while also maintaining warehouse machinery, material handling equipment, and building systems. This role will work 100% onsite and will be based out of our Conley, GA location.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on electrical experience in industrial, warehouse, or commercial facilities.
• Must pass an electrical aptitude test.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license required.
• A current journeyman electrician license or other applicable electrical license is required where mandated by state or local law.
• Safety Training: Must complete and maintain company-required electrical safety training, including training necessary for designation as an electrically qualified person for assigned work and authorization under the lockout/tagout program, as applicable.
• Other Requirements: Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Working knowledge of warehouse equipment, conveyors, lighting systems, and motor controls.
• Proficient with electrical testing equipment.
• Direction, Planning, Organization: Sets clear objectives, aligns efforts, and manages time and resources to achieve results.
• Technical Skills: Proficiently uses job-specific tools, systems, and procedures to perform tasks effectively.
• Judgment: Makes sound decisions by evaluating facts, risks, and potential outcomes.
