What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability in manufacturing.
- Ability to manage department activities through full supervision of cost, methods, and employees.
- Proficient in interpreting and analyzing statistical data, financial reports, and resolving technical difficulties.
- Knowledge of World Class manufacturing methods (QLP, Lean, Six Sigma), GMP, FDA guidelines, and process validation.
- Ability to comprehend and adhere to safety and quality guidelines.
- Basic English written and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility to work any shift, primarily second shift Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
