The PACT Facilitator facilitates weekly group meetings that provide education designed to stop violent behavior and teach non-abusive, non-controlling behavior.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in human service field is required
• Ability to project a professional self-image
• i.e. non-judgmental, caring, compassionate and fair
• Strong communication, engagement and teaching skills required
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people required
• Reliable transportation required for local travel
• Prior experience in domestic violence services preferred
