About the role

The Mechanical Calibration Technician will be responsible for calibrating and repairing physical, mechanical, and dimensional measuring and test equipment at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. The technician will ensure the accuracy and precision of the measurements taken using this equipment. This is a represented staff position with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).

What you'll bring

• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to pass a NASA background investigation.
• Must be able to pass an initial and random drug testing.
• Ability to use a personal computer in the performance of automated calibration processes and for workload management and tracking as required.
• Must have and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License.
