Cornerstone Building Brands, headquartered in Cary, North Carolina, is the largest manufacturer of external building products in North America with over $6 billion in annual revenue and an expansive national footprint that includes almost 20,000 employees operating in +70 manufacturing facilities, supported by a network of +80 distribution and branch office facilities. We have a broad product range with a well-regarded brand portfolio including the #1 position in windows; vinyl siding; metal accessories; metal roofing and wall systems; and insulated metal panels. Candidates should reside within the territory, with preferred locations including Montana, Northern Idaho, or Eastern Washington. This teammate will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory. This role supports the components division including MBCI and Metal Sales Brands.
What you'll bring
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all CBB associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents and sales force
- Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise
- Must possess a minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience
- Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials
- Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
- Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
- Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnights a week)
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred
