What you'll bring

• Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
• Nimbus is seeking a capture and proposal manager with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, looking to transition into federal capture management with a focus on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
• This position may transition to CMS-focused federal capture management.
• Candidate brings experience in business process analysis, data-driven decision‑making, and cross-functional collaboration to support opportunity identification, capture planning, and proposal development for CMS‑related federal contracting efforts.
• This position offers capture contributions, performance-based incentives, and bonuses.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Administration, Health Policy, IT, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related roles
• Exposure to CMS contracting, health IT, or federal proposal development preferred.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CAPM, or APMP (nice to have)
