About the role
We are looking for SME Business Analyst with CPOE Exp in Columbia, MD for 6 months contract to Hire position.
What you'll bring
- Inpatient hospital experience as a nurse or doctor.
- Experience using multiple electronic order entry systems, including an electronic MAR.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and workflows.
- Experience translating inpatient workflows to electronic workflows while providing recommendations.
- Bonus would be experience in a mental health facility.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission/CMS requirements and regulatory standards.
- Delivering hands on training during the implementation of CPOE.
- Exposure/experience to CPOE implementations
- Inpatient auditing experience
- Mental Health or psychiatric inpatient facility experience
