2020 Companies is hiring Seasonal Brand Ambassadors! We're looking for energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand at community events, festivals, and high-traffic public gatherings. In this highly interactive role, you'll engage adult consumers in a welcoming 'front porch' style environment designed to encourage conversation, product awareness, consumer feedback, and brand affinity. Event Brand Ambassadors create memorable experiences while ensuring strict compliance with age-verification and regulatory requirements. If you've worked in promotions, events, hospitality, retail sales, customer service, fitness, entertainment, or any role where your personality is your superpower, this could be the perfect fit. No tobacco industry experience required, just a great personality, confidence in engaging with people, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll bring
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable engaging large numbers of consumers
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and special events
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors when required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a proven ability to embrace challenges and contribute to team success
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Previous event marketing, hospitality, promotional marketing, or customer-facing experience preferred
