We need you to provide a safe, home environment for our Intellectual and Disabled Individuals. At AdvanceCare: We TOUCH Lives Through The Use of Innovative Services and Technologies! We are looking for caring, kind, and dependable people who desire to provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals throughout Middle Tennessee . It is a requirement that you live in Middle TN to participate in this program. As a Family Model Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services that allow people to remain independent and feel valued.
