Then you might be just the Senior Strategy Consultant we’re looking for! We are looking for an experienced Senior Strategy Consultant to join our expanding team. This role will focus on delivering robust customer experience strategies for our clients in areas including loyalty, omni-channel CRM and Agentic CX. You will primarily engage with client project teams, often owning key workstreams and deliverables independently within broader strategic engagements.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of progressive strategy or management consulting experience from a management consulting firm, Big 4 environment, or an in-house corporate strategy team.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex workstreams independently, taking full ownership of deliverables and project deadlines.
• Exceptional executive-level writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to structure and present complex ideas clearly.
• High proficiency in advanced analytical tools, Excel, and PowerPoint for executive communication, particularly for presenting strategic insights and financial business cases.
• Superior analytical and complex problem-solving abilities, capable of dissecting business challenges and formulating innovative solutions.
• A willingness to travel internationally as required to meet client and project demands.
• Experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or digital transformation is a strong plus, though a broad strategy consulting background is highly valued.
