About the role

At Netcompany, we are looking for recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree who want a challenging, social and developing start to their career as an Associate Consultant. The Associate Consultant role exists across both Application Services and Consulting. The main difference lies in how you work with clients and solutions, and which setup fits your interests best. Either a more project-oriented environment (Consulting) or a more long-term, team- and solution-driven setup (Application Services). As an Associate Consultant, you will contribute to all aspects of system development with focus on technical tasks. As we are an international company with offices in many countries, you will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate internationally with colleagues from across the world. What you'll bring

• We expect you to hold a bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, software, IT, or a similar field.
• Are newly graduated or have a couple of years of experience.
• Most importantly, you are passionate about taking your IT career to the next level.
• Possess strong IT technical skills within object-oriented programming.
• Have fundamental knowledge of software development and are motivated to develop your competencies.
• Think analytically, show initiative, and work in a structured way.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
