About the role

This role will report to the Senior Finance Manager. This role will be based in one of our Nordic offices Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo or Stockholm, with an onsite presence on 4 days a week, and one day working from home.

What you'll bring

• Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
• Experience working within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Accounting or similar Finance functions
• Strong financial planning, reporting and variance analysis capabilities
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Good understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Ability to work with data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency
• Experience with SAP or similar financial/reporting systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, within a complex matrix environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Fluent English language skills, with a preference for fluency in at least one other Nordic language
• Experience working in an international and multi-currency environment
