Horizons is an employee development program designed to accelerate the knowledge, skills and self-confidence of Chevron’s new workforce. The program’s primary focus is the first three to five (3-5) years of an employee’s career and provides a solid foundation of knowledge and experience, that enables participants to quickly contribute at a higher level. The program combines on the job training with technical learning to enhance the learning experience.
What you'll bring
- Students completing the last year of the requirements for their Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or individuals with a Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree with less than 2 years of directly related work experience.
