About the role

The Prep Cook supports the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with meal production. This role ensures food is prepared safely and efficiently while reflecting the mission and values of Thousand Pines through teamwork and service. We seek to be a group of people who care for our guests and work as a team. It is our desire that every employee and their entire family feel part of the ministry team here at TM Camping. What you'll bring

• Demonstrates Christian character, integrity, and adaptability.
• Agreement with Thousand Pines’ doctrinal statement, values, and employee handbook.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, even under stress.
• Possession of a current Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• One year of experience in institutional or commercial cooking preferred.
