About the role
The Vice President, IT Gaming and Hospitality provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all technology services supporting the Tribe’s casino gaming, hospitality, hotel operations, food & beverage and entertainment. This executive is responsible for aligning technology with business objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining a secure and highly available IT environment, and driving innovation that enhances guest experiences and operational efficiency.
What you'll bring
- Casino Management Systems
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field is required
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive IT leadership and strong understanding of network and infrastructure operations experience required.
- Minimum ten (10) years supervisory experience of senior IT leadership within casino gaming and hospitality organizations required.
- Proven experience supporting casino resorts and 24/7 operations.
- Hotel PMS and hospitality systems
- Slot accounting and gaming floor technologies
- Player loyalty, one card and rewards platforms
- Cashless gaming and cage operations systems
- Gaming regulatory compliance and audits
- Strong project management acumen, excellent vendor management skill, plus a superior, service-oriented approach to infrastructure operations.
- Experience in large-scale operations.
