About the role

Kibo Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartments and facilities running smoothly — from repairs and make-readies to grounds and common areas.

What you'll bring

• Experience in all aspects of apartment maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliance repair.
• Minimum of one (1) year building maintenance experience
• Strong communication skills
• ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of technology.
• Valid and current Driver’s License
• Fair Housing certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days of employment (course provided by employer)
• multifamily is preferred.
